Page One Co. was founded in 2021 by Amanda Ascencio with an express mission to support, build, and grow the talents of under-represented authors. Specifically, those with debut novels, women and female-identifying folks, queer writers, and more. After 10+ years in the entertainment industry supporting film and television projects in various positions, Amanda turned her expertise in story craft, production, and publicity into a vehicle that supports author’s vision without compromise and aids in the distribution and marketing of developing authors.

We are a small and growing team, but not lacking in passion. Our core values are rooted in positivity, acceptance, and love of all stories and those who tell them. We understand first-hand that sharing your writing and passion project can be a vulnerable experience.
